Fenugreek has been used throughout history for its health promoting quality. In recent years fenugreek has become popular for its purported effects on testosterone. HABITAT
Native to North Africa and countries boarding the eastern Mediterranean.
HARVEST
Cultivated notably in India, the seeds are collected during the autumn months.
